However, they can only accept returns for items in new/unworn condition. It's recommended to test shoes indoors on a soft/carpet surface to ensure proper fit and comfort while keeping the shoes in new condition. All sales are final for event/promo priced purchases when noted at the time of purchase. No returns or exchanges are accepted on these items. Any charges for shipping are nonrefundable.

In addition, Plae.co has introduced the first-ever, Growth Spurt Guarantee®. If your child has a growth spurt within 30 days from receipt of confirmed delivery of your shoes, you'll get 50% off the full retail price of the same style and color in the next size up. This policy applies to shoes that have already been worn, and because of that would not be accepted for refund under the return policy.

As for the shipping policy, Plae.co offers free economy shipping on orders within the U.S that are $79.00 USD or more. The standard shipping fee for orders less than $79 starts at $8.95. PLAE Shoes are designed to be worn with or without the insole in place. While their shoes are not technically considered "barefoot" or "zero-drop," the insole adds a few millimeters of lift to the heel (depending on size) to help create a natural and comfortable arch support.

PLAE Shoes do not use latex in any of our products. Their outsole is made with a blend of new and recycled synthetic rubbers, and they have many happy customers wearing their shoes who have expressed the desire for a latex-free product.
